1. About MedX

MedX is an introductory agency and technology platform that connects patients with independent medical clinics worldwide. MedX is operated by a company registered in England and Wales.

MedX is not a medical provider, healthcare agency, travel organiser, or payment service provider. Any contract for medical services is formed directly between you and the clinic.

2. Our Role

We display clinic information, facilitate consultation requests, provide cost comparison tools, and offer referral links to travel services. We do not process payments, guarantee outcomes, provide medical advice, or organise travel.

3. Clinic Verification

Clinics with "MedX Verified" or "MedX Premium" badges have undergone our verification process. This does not guarantee quality, safety, or outcomes. Verify accreditations directly with the clinic.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct your own due diligence on any clinic
• Consult your GP before travelling for medical treatment
• Obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance
• Confirm pricing directly with the clinic
• Arrange your own visa, travel, and accommodation

5. Affiliate Relationships

MedX may earn commissions from clinics (listing/booking fees), travel partners (Skyscanner, Booking.com — affiliate links), and insurance partners. These do not affect your price.

6. Travel Information

Travel links are affiliate referrals. MedX does not organise or bundle travel with procedures. MedX is not a "Package Organiser" under the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

7. Limitation of Liability

MedX shall not be liable for medical treatment or outcomes, clinic actions or negligence, travel disruptions, or loss from reliance on our information. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
