They are definitely the best in the country, all the specialists that I saw at this clinic were super attentive. The surgery itself was super quick and easy. There were so many doctors and such caring staff. Very impressed and will be recommending this clinic to all of my friends. Life changing experience!

Without a word of a doubt, My experience with Dr. Orlich and his staff is probably the most professional and friendly experience I have had in my 23 years of living in Costa Rica . I had IOL implants done in 2021 which did not turn out as expected with my vision. As I was patient and waited the alloted time for adaptation without any further improvement, Dr. Orlich was sympathetic to my feedback and agreed to replace both implants . The Dr. and his staff have listened to my grievances and cared for my eyes during a 2 year period and never once did I feel abandoned throughout my frustrations. I feel very fortunate to have come to such a experienced and ethical surgeon who runs a stellar clinic with exceptional and professional staff. Thank you Dr. Orlich for everything! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an amazing experience here. We came to enquire about Lasik but were so impressed with everything that we went ahead with the surgery. The staff realised we were only going to be in San Jose for a short while so bent over backwards to put us through the system and have the operation done on the same day! Dr. Orlich is an amazing doctor who was very helpful. He and several members of his staff speak very good English too. Highly recommended.
