★★★★★If you are a tourist don’t even come here. You have to pay $600 just to be seen. My recommendation is , go to “Clinica de la Mujer” .

★★★★★We waited for 3 hours, then suddenly 10 people were put ahead of me in line. When I asked why, they just said, “There are more urgent cases than yours.” Now I have to wait another 3 hours. Maybe it’s because I’m a foreigner — but honestly, I feel like I’m being treated like garbage.
the worst experience of my life. I came here to Bogotá to get surgery, my clinic was amazing but i suddenly got sick and got sent to the ER with my private nurse. Waited hours and hours in pain and when we finally got help and that was only because my personal surgeon came to the clinic for answers. They refused me a diaper and refused to dress my wounds. They were rude and they left me sitting in my drainage and pain for hours. Even my private nurse was begging for help. I had to translate my insurance and re read it to them for them to suddenly bring me a diaper. If i get an infection I know why and exactly where it will be from. I am Canadian and I am so humiliated. I love Colombian people but this was the worst experience of my life.

★★★★★The doctors are very good, speak well english and made me feel at ease but the administration is awfull. I had surgery and after this I had to call a number to make an appointment to remove my bandage and stitches. I couldn't call them because for non Spanish speakers it's impossible to get trough the robot voice to make an appointment. Someone else had to make the appointment for me. The lady that called for me was calling almost everyday for 7 days before the appointment was confirmed. Because someone else called for me I didnt know that the appointment was at another adres than the surgery. Because of this we came too late for the appointment, than they made me wait for another 40 minutes at the payment counter so by the time I could pay I was way too late and they refused my appointment. I had to reschedule and because of this I will be walking around with the same bandage for 3 weeks. I'm worried that this is not good for my wound, I don't know because they didn't let me see a doctor. The not knowing gives me a lot of stress at the moment. If I get complications because of this it's the hospitals fault. It's unacceptable that a terrible admin service can lead to possible health complications.

★★★★★I spent 6 nights in this hospital a few years ago after suffering from peritonitis. I had no idea what was wrong with me at the time, but suddenly found myself rushed to this hospital.
I have to say that I couldn't have been looked after any better. The room I was staying in was exceptionally clean. The nurses were lovely and so friendly and caring. I wished I'd thanked them properly when I left to go back to England.
In view of the circumstances, I couldn't have been looked after any better. Special thanks to Dr Castro for looking after me and keeping my family updated with my progress.
