    My experience at Okan Üniversitesi Hastanesi was mixed. While the medical team appeared professional and competent, I had significant issues with the staff working in other areas. Their way of speaking and handling customers felt unsupportive and unhelpful, which made the visit more stressful than necessary. I hope the hospital addresses this, as the medical care itself seems fine, but the overall experience was impacted by the front-line staff.

    For my stay the nursing staff was really amazing .specifically Busra Altin , kubra and ilayda!! They were so attentive and made me feel so comfortable during my recovery. They eally made things so great...always had a smile and happy to help for whatever I needed....

    Although it looks old from outside and might need a paint job, but it's very nice, well maintained and proper on the inside!! They also have translators that you can request or call if you need one.
