I agree with one of the reviews: “Do not come here for a health checkup.” The management and communication are poor. If you are looking for smooth, seamless, well-coordinated service, this is not the place—especially considering the amount you pay. Frankly, some government hospitals provide better service. While the promotions make it cheaper than other private hospitals, the trade-off is frustration, irritation, and annoyance. During a health check, staff should provide clear instructions and guidance on what to do next. Here, there was none. Patients are expected to figure things out on their own, as if being proactive and self-directed is a requirement just to receive basic service. The siloed way of working is concerning—not just between departments, but even within the same department. Staff were unable to answer basic, non-medical questions about procedures and next steps. Each person seems to know only their own narrow task, and nothing beyond that. Staff training needs serious improvement. They should also be given a better understanding of the overall workflow and be encouraged to develop a service-oriented mindset. This is a hospital—working here means supporting health and saving lives. That responsibility should come with a sense of ownership and professionalism. These are sincere thoughts offered for improvement.

2 times visiting this hospital and the doctor, nurse are very professional and I had good treatment ! It’s all very easy for foreigners who doesn’t speak Thai. However today I had a bad experience with the worker on the first floor for the payment / insurance part. Before called my name they make fun of my receipt, maybe because of my picture

🔥Phyathai 2 Hospital🔥 I just want to inform what is going on in Thailand as a foreigners. I visited the hospital phyathai2 today seeking information about a health check-up and prices. I was informed that a consultation is free of charge.🤔 Wanted personalized full health check up and $500 i agreed for tomorrow 8 am check up. Once completed the consultation. I was instructed to pay 1,600 Baht for consultation. And i just paid because i didn't have the energy to argue. 1,600 Baht without any clear explanation or justification i had to pay because of hospital policy This experience reflects poorly on the hospital’s professionalism and transparency. The discrepancy in communicated fees is not simply a financial matter, but one of principle and trust. It creates a perception of unreliable communication and undermines confidence in there billing integrity. Such inconsistency can understandably leave any patient feeling misled and questioning the institution's operational standards. Supervisor Boontham thongsmunk said is not your fault but you must pay. For $500 worthy of check up they choose $33 over $500🤷‍♂️ Lesson learned, won't see me no more for sure sure.

This is my first time using this room after the hospital’s renovation, and I’m really impressed. The lounge is very spacious, and the nurses provide excellent service—polite, attentive, and always ready to give clear information and help with everything. I highly recommend coming here for a health check-up; there are many programs to choose from, and the process is quite convenient and fast. I hope the hospital will continue to improve the other floors as well, making them look bright, clean, and open throughout.

*DO NOT COME HERE FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP* . You pay the same price as other hospitals however, you ended up waiting for a queue for 1 hour. There are 5 registration counters but they only called 2 persons at a time. Not sure how they manage the queue here. But definitely worth the price you are paying for. When asking why when we book for the service before but I need to wait for the queue for more than 1 hour, the staff answers that because one queue can be book for upto 10 persons. Ridiculous service & systems. Other hospitals you only need to wait for 15 mins
