  I couldn't be happier with the service, the staff was so polite and quick to help if you needed anything. I was given painkillers but didn't need to take them as I haven't felt any pain since the surgery, didn't get a headband after the surgery as I expected, as my forehead hasn't really swollen at all, this has been a lot easier than I expected and had heard from people. Dr. Koray was also absolutely fantastic. It was worth every penny.

  Loved every second of the experience. The pickup from the airport was smooth, the clinic itself is a modern stand-alone building with multiple floors. The rooms for patients are very well cleaned daily and have everything you need, including thermostat, shower/toilet, and adjustable bed (for more comfortable sleeping after the procedure). The food is good (only breakfasts and lunches are included, dinner can be ordered at restaurant downstairs), unlimited supply of water, snacks. The best part is the staff - everyone who works there is so attentive that you feel like the only patient (and they’re busy with patients) I loved interacting with everyone there - Alina, David, Diana, Dr. Koray, all the ladies who were operating on me (sorry I couldn’t remember the names under the sedation 😄), anesthesiologists Mert, Aisha, Vulkan and also everyone who washed my head post-op 🙂 Just very good energy there. Guys, if you’re reading this - my sincere thank you to all of you. You’re making the difference. The procedure itself was very well organized, everything as per schedule, they all worked together like a well oiled machine. I like the result, and hope to like it even more in the next year. Highly recommend.

When you came to perform the incisions and confirmed that the procedure would be completed in one day instead of two, it made clear the coherence and confidence behind the plan. The execution was structured, calm and precise. Beyond the surgical act itself, what stood out was the continuity of method and the culture that shapes the workflow here. I would also like to acknowledge the professionalism of your team. To Andreea, for precise and steady coordination. To Lamia, for her attention and composure. To the surgical team, whose work was synchronized and discreet. And to the night nurse who went to find an apple when I simply asked if there might be one available. A simple gesture, but one that reflects an approach: attention expressed through appropriate action. I would also like to mention your restaurant located on level -1. As someone who travels widely and pays attention to gastronomy, I found it remarkable that a gastronomic restaurant open to the public is integrated into the clinic, with the possibility for patients to have those meals delivered directly to their rooms. This is something I have not encountered elsewhere, and it contributes to an experience that is complete, coherent and intentional. Before coming, I took the time to study your work in depth, not only in its technical aspect, but also in the reasoning, methodology and structure that support it. What I observed here is fully aligned with what I had studied beforehand. Thank you again, to you and to your entire team.

  I went here for a hair transplant a little over 1.5 years ago. My hair line is natural, the results are great. Staff was extremely professional, cordial, and premisses were top tier.
