  This is the first time I have ever posted any kind of review but I think I owe it to the team at BioDental Care. Last year I decided to do something about my teeth. I went to a local big name implant place here in California. From the second I sat in the chair they were trying to have me finance a huge amount of money to get snap in dentures, charged my insurance for a 30 second cleaning and office visit, and also had me pay $300 for a CT scan that they wouldn't give me a copy of. Some coworkers mentioned Mexico for dental work and I went online to check some places out. I came across the BioDental Care site and was impressed with the reviews but still skeptical about having anything done in another country. I called and talked to the doctors and decided to give it ago. I went down October 28,2025 and decided to go with the all on 4 zirconia implants. They did several tests and scans before making a plan for sedation and implant placement. ( US dentist cost an extra $1500 for sedation). I really have not had good experiences with dentist in the past but these guys made me feel at ease and were really professional. I had everything pulled and the implant anchors installed. They had a very nice hotel that we stayed over night, and with a morning checkup and some temporary dentures, I headed home. I have to say that I was sore for about 2 weeks but following their instructions everything healed up nice. Skip ahead to March 2,2026. I am back for the permanent teeth. Dr. David Garcia and his assistants were great people. They talked to me through the whole process and why they were doing each step. Bite-Smile. Dr. Garcia took his time making sure everything fit just right. I came home today and feel great. Border patrol even said they look good! To sum it up, the entire staff were really nice people from taking me back and forth to my appointments to just making sure I was ok. I would highly recommend this place for dental work. Getting this done was a huge decision and I am very happy that I picked BioDental to have it done. If you ever call them, I would give permission to give my number and talk about it. And lastly, I got a way better product for under half of price the US dentist wanted! Thank you BioDental, it was a pleasure!

  I struggled with writing this review for over a year. I felt that if I said what I really felt about Bio Dental Care nobody would believe me and they would think it was paid, it’s not, I’m doing it because of the impact on my life. All I can say is that somewhere around my late 60s early 70s I felt strongly that I was going to die without teeth as they were falling out and it was too late for prevention. I felt that I would spend the last years of my life without teeth gumming my food. My resources couldn’t afford the work that needed to be done. And then I and my wife met Bio Dental Care and my whole world has changed. Especially in the last year and a half since I received my whole new mouth and way of living. My health has improved significantly my digestion, my happiness. Going in and out of Tijuana for us at least has been really easy, and we’ve really enjoyed the experience of getting a deeper acquaintance with a beautiful culture. They are masters at managing pain or discomfort. The entire process went totally different than our fears told us, however they have done this so much that most people I spoke to felt relieved and assured after the first visit. There are also lots of great options for going back and forth across the border that made it incredibly easy for us. Plus they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Doctor Amy and her assistant were singing most of the time during my final fitting and of they fit perfectly. Thanks for reading this, Gary

  From my very first visit to this dental clinic, the experience has been absolutely excellent. Right from the start, the communication at the front desk was very friendly and clear. They were very communicative and took the time to explain everything in detail. When it came time for my appointment with Dr. Nadia, she was extremely professional and took the time to walk me through the process, show me my options, and answer all of my questions. I had a dental bridge done, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. From the very first procedure to the final completion today, it has been impeccable work. I was so pleased with the care that I even brought my mother here as well, and she was just as happy with the service. Without a doubt, I would recommend this place and Dr. Nadia for any dental treatment.

  I recently had extensive work done at BioDental Care — an All-on-5 on my top arch and an All-on-4 on my bottom arch — and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Camacho was absolutely amazing to work with: he explained every step clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and his skill and attention to detail really put me at ease throughout such a major procedure. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making scheduling and logistics so easy. Antonio also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported, which I truly appreciated. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology. I felt completely confident in the care I was receiving. On top of the excellent treatment, the cost was a fraction of what I was quoted in the U.S., without sacrificing quality. Overall, I can’t recommend BioDental Care highly enough. If you’re considering implants or major dental work, this is the place to go.

  Love this place. How many times do you hear that about a dentist? Everybody is very friendly and the work is better than work I've had done in the United States. They will pick you up at the border, they speak English and Spanish the place is clean and the doctors are all very good. I've had fillings, cleanings, a broken tooth removed and an implant and crown put on. Dr Nadia Green perfomed most of the work and her work is amazing. She makes you feel very comfortable and will answer all your questions... and i have a lot of questions. I used to dread and fear coming to the dentist but don't have that fear any more. If you need dental work, do yourself a favor, and make an appointment here.
