- ★★★★★Jennifer H.Breast Augmentation · 6 Apr 2026 · Verified patientPremium experience, premium prices for Bangkok
The care was exceptional but Bumrungrad is more expensive than other Bangkok options. Still saved 60% compared to home. The 2-night stay in their VIP suite was lovely.

Chose Bumrungrad specifically for the hospital infrastructure — if anything went wrong during my implant, a full team was available. Flawless procedure and fantastic aftercare.
- ★★★★★Patricia N.Rhinoplasty · 6 Apr 2026 · Verified patientFeels like a 5-star hotel, operates like a top hospital
Had rhinoplasty at Bumrungrad. The international wing is stunning — private rooms, dedicated coordinators, interpreters. The medical quality matched the best hospitals I've visited in the US.

🏥✨ When It’s an Emergency, You Don’t Want Good—You Want the Best. When my sister learned she needed emergency surgery, there was no debate about where to go. She chose Bumrungrad International Hospital—widely recognized as one of the top hospitals in Bangkok. In moments like this, reputation matters. And I can honestly say: it lived up to it. 🏥 Why Bumrungrad Is So Well Known Founded in 1980, Bumrungrad International Hospital has become one of Southeast Asia’s leading private hospitals, serving both Thai and international patients. It’s known for: • International accreditation standards • Multilingual staff • Advanced medical technology • Comprehensive specialty services under one roof It often ranks among the top private hospitals in the region—and after this experience, we understand why. 💛 The Experience (From Anxiety to Assurance) Let’s be real—having surgery is stressful. You’re not just worried about the procedure. You’re worried about everything: paperwork, coordination, communication, recovery. From the moment we arrived, the process felt organized and calm. ✔️ Check-in Efficient, clear, and structured. Staff guided us step-by-step so we weren’t left guessing. ✔️ Pre-Surgery & Care Professional, reassuring doctors and nurses. They explained what was happening and answered questions patiently. That human touch makes a huge difference. ✔️ During Recovery Nurses were attentive and responsive. The environment felt clean, modern, and well-managed. ✔️ Meals & Comfort Even meals were thoughtfully handled—another small but important detail when you’re recovering. ✔️ Billing & Check-Out Clear and streamlined. No unnecessary chaos at the end of an already long few Days ✅ Pros • Highly professional medical team • Organized systems and smooth processes • Clean, modern facilities • Everything you need in one place • Strong international reputation ⚠️ Considerations • Premium private hospital pricing • Busy due to high demand 💡 Helpful Tips for Visitors • Bring identification and insurance documents • Arrive early for scheduled procedures • Ask questions—staff are very willing to explain • If international, request language support (available) No one wants to need a hospital. But when you do, you want competence, clarity, and compassion. We walked in worried. We walked out relieved—and deeply grateful that Bangkok has a hospital of this caliber. 💝 When health is on the line, five stars don’t feel like a rating—they feel like reassurance. 💙🏥✨

I came walking in from the street. Imideatly greated and taken care of. I cant do anything else then HIGHLY praise the staff and all workers at Bumrungrad. Fast, prompt efficient. You need of course pay for the service. But the service is ABOVE!!!!! CT-SCAN, MRI, done same day or next day. Totally amazing compared to my own country. This is first class hospital. Europeans(as me) will be blown away by the efficiency. Look no further.

Highly recommend! Dr. Avatar performed my umbilical hernia surgery. Excellent service. I’m currently two months out of surgery and it healed wonderfully! The cost of the surgery was less than my insurance premiums in the United States. Also just the level of patient service is unmatched for example, when I went into surgery, they didn’t even put in a catheter so I didn’t have any pain from having a catheter inserted the pain management program coming out of surgery was non-opiate and worked amazingly well.

I stayed at this hospital for a total of four nights from the day I came in for a check up until after my surgery. Overall the service from doctors and nurses was very good. They were attentive caring and checked on me regularly. However there are some areas that could be improved especially the in room service. There were four small milk cartons in the fridge on the first day but none were refilled during the following days. When I asked for more the nurse said they were only provided on the first day which did not make much sense considering the high daily room rate. The insurance claim process was also very slow. I informed the staff at 9 AM and after the doctor checked and approved my discharge around 2 PM the whole process was completed only around 6:30 PM. It took a very long time and did not feel professional. I understand that insurance procedures can take time but this delay happens every time I come here and it has never been improved. The food provided was healthy mostly vegetable juice and rice porridge which is fine for patients but the price for the overall service felt quite expensive for what was offered.

The nurses and the lovely staff. The doctor and the operation team. Everyone kept checking on me. I felt so great receiving this incredible treatments and services.
