I had my ACL and meniscus surgery at Carolina Medical Center, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The doctor was outstanding—highly skilled, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The surgery went perfectly, and I felt safe and well cared for at all times. All the nurses and staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. The hospital is clean, modern, and very well organized. I am truly grateful to the entire team and highly recommend Carolina Medical Center to anyone needing orthopedic surgery.

i was admitted around a month ago for a knee problem , i paid for a useless consultation , paid for the mri which took time for me find a slot. and since then i’ve been waiting like 2 weeks just for a report of the mri. it’s honestly a waste of time to go to this clinic they just take ur money and they don’t care to treat u or atleast tell u what the problem is . it’s been a month since my injury and i still have no idea what it is 🤷🏻‍♂️

There is a huge dichotomy between the delivery of medical treatment and customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the surgeon who operated on my spine very successfully. However I suspect a dead amoeba is capable of providing better customer service. In addition to having issues post surgery which Carolina were incapable of solving I was promised a phone call today which never arrived. I will need a further operation and will use the same surgeon who fortunately works out of other clinics and hospitals. I even wrote a very constructive email suggesting how they might improve customer service and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. If you need medical treatment in Poland I strongly suggest you go elsewhere

Very very bad service in the name of emergency. I had medical emergency and I was in queue for more than 2.5hours leaving my 4months old at home, worried. EVEN AFTER MENTION MULTIPLE TIMES TO RECEPTIONIST nobody cares how exigency you have , its very very disappointment and careless behavior of facility towards patient. They let me wait from 10pm to 1am almost....very very very bad

This experience taught me a valuable lesson: always check reviews before deciding to deal with a clinic. I contacted this clinic through a coordinator on Bookimed.com. I was promised that I would be able to get a consultation with a doctor, have all the necessary scans done on the same day, and receive a final diagnosis. None of that happened. Instead, I was charged around €100 for a consultation — during which I received nothing but a referral for an MRI. After that, I asked the coordinator if I would have to pay again for the second consultation, once the doctor reviewed my X-ray or MRI results. I was told clearly that I would not have to pay again. But when I came for the second appointment, I was told I had to pay again. My question is: pay for what exactly? The first “consultation” was just a 3-minute chat ending in a referral. With this kind of setup, it’s clear how easy it is for them to keep extracting money from patients. Maybe after the second consultation, they’ll ask me to give a urine sample, and at the third, they’ll say they now need blood tests — each time charging €100 for a few minutes of vague talk. It’s absurd. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Below, I’ve attached a screenshot where it is clearly stated that the second consultation would be free of charge.
