  I had an excellent experience at CMC – Clemenceau Medical Center in Dubai. Prof. Dr. Michel Jabbour is an outstanding urologist — highly professional, extremely skilled, and very human in his approach. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. The hospital rooms are exceptionally comfortable, comparable to a high-end hotel. The environment is calm and well organized, and the food is surprisingly excellent, with a varied menu and very good quality. I was also very impressed by the operating room, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and reflects the hospital’s high standards. The Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team was attentive and very supportive, with great pain management and staff who were always listening and responsive. Overall: an excellent hospital with outstanding medical and nursing staff. Highly recommended.

  I cannot recommend Dr Purnima highly enough. She is an exceptional OBGYN and such a genuinely lovely person. From my antenatal appointments right through to the delivery of my baby, she was absolutely incredible. Throughout my pregnancy, I developed preeclampsia and struggled with high blood pressure. Dr Purnima was extremely attentive and proactive, constantly checking in on me and monitoring everything closely. After my baby was born, she had to spend a few days in NICU, which meant I had to stay in the hospital longer than expected. During that time, Dr Purnima came to my room daily to check on both me and my baby. That level of care and compassion meant the world. She always has the warmest smile, and her calm, reassuring manner instantly puts you at ease. I am so grateful to have had her by my side during such an important time in my life. She is not only a fantastic doctor but also a deeply caring and kind person. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Purnima to anyone looking for an outstanding OBGYN. I also want to mention the incredible midwives and nurses who supported me and my baby during our stay. Every single one of them was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, especially during such an emotional time. Their reassurance, encouragement, and warmth made a huge difference to my overall experience.

  Thank you CMC for an excellent experience.. my wife and I have been visiting CMC for more than 3 years now when needed, however this post is to specifically appreciate Dr Amal AbuRawi for our recent pregnancy delivery experience: My wife Akbota was very sensitive at the start of pregnancy and we had to visit many doctors in 3 other hospitals but she was not comfortable with any.. until we met Dr Amal in CMC hospital. Dr Amal showed great empathy, and always gave us all the time we needed and answered all our questions with utmost professionalism and genuine care. She was with us through the entire journey, even after delivery we stay in touch and she keeps checking on us.. So lucky to have met Dr Amal in CMC and shared our first child experience with her. I want to also appreciate the nurses team on the 4th floor for being amazingly supportive and for giving us the care we needed in the first days post delivery just when we needed it. The nurses were amazing(I can recall Salam, Dipti, Mary.. I wish I remember all one by one) and the response rate is great. The second we ring for support, the nurses are there to support. Thanks again for a great labor experience CMC.. definitely recommended 🤝

  Gratitude Note My sister was recently admitted to CLEMENCEAU MEDICAL CENTER due to an emergency during her pregnancy and, based on the doctor’s advice, had to undergo surgery. Thank God, the issue was discovered in time by Dr. Janet Youssef, who immediately took all the necessary medical steps. Beyond the successful procedure, I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional aftercare my sister received. The hospital facilities were in excellent condition, and the room she stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, what truly stood out during her stay was the remarkable dedication of the nurses and doctors. Each nurse who attended to my sister showed genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after, paying close attention not only to her medical needs but also to her personal hygiene and overall well-being. They managed to turn what is usually a stressful hospital experience into one filled with warmth, comfort, and reassurance. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire medical team for their outstanding service — especially to Dr. Janet for her exceptional care and kindness.
