There was excellent communication via email regarding dentures from a simple enquiry through to scheduling an appointment. Welcoming staff, with a lovely waiting room area and modern offices. Just make sure to confirm and understand your deposit and final payment obligations beforehand. Dr Syed is obviously an expert in his field; was excellent to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He comprehensively guided us through the denture steps, process, the final review and was open to feedback or any changes that we wanted (which was so helpful and appreciated). We are extremely pleased with the updated look and feel of the new dentures; which were very cost-effective in comparison to our home country. Would recommend DentalPro to any foreigners' seeking denture replacement work (and definitely ask for Dr Syed). I’ve been to several dental clinics around the world (Malaysia included), but I must say, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Being someone who has pretty bad anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist or even the thought of it, I was really nervous at the start of my appointment. But, Dr. Harindren was so comforting, patient and understanding with me. Truly the only dentist so far who has shown such kind compassion to my anxious state. My sincere gratitude to you Dr. Hari. My dental scaling and polishing procedure went exceedingly well and I feel confident that my followup wisdom teeth removal would be comparable. Furthermore, every single member of staff I encountered greeted my husband & myself with warmth and respect. The calm and beautifully decorated atmosphere of the clinic added to the charm of this place.
