  I would like to share my very positive experience with Dr. Serkan Aygin. From the very beginning, everything was exactly as explained through WhatsApp communication. I sent my photos, and I received clear and detailed information regarding the price, the procedure, and the full treatment plan. All details were transparent and well organized. Upon my arrival, the driver was waiting for me and transferred me comfortably to the hotel. The following day, we went to the clinic where the medical consultation was conducted professionally. The hair transplant procedure was performed the next day as scheduled, and on the third day I had the laser session and bandage removal. The clinic is extremely clean, modern, and highly specialized. The medical staff were very professional, respectful, and friendly, and their manner of dealing with patients was excellent. Everything went exactly according to the planned schedule without any issues. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism and care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

  As a female patient, I was concerned about the embarrassment of shaving my head, so during my consultation the clinic recommended Long DHI—a surgical technique specifically designed for patients with long hair. While this approach clearly increases the complexity of the procedure, it offered the discretion I was looking for. After several weeks of careful research, I chose Dr. Serken Aygin Hair Transplant Clinic because of its outstanding reputation in this field. I decided to schedule the surgery during my short Christmas break, combining the procedure with a visit to this beautiful city. From the moment I arrived, the clinic provided thoughtful airport and clinic transfer services, making the entire experience seamless. From pre-operative planning to the surgery itself and post-operative care, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Communication with the customer service representative was smooth and efficient, and the treatment schedule was extremely well organized. Thanks to the surgical team’s excellent skills, the procedure was efficient and went very smoothly. There was virtually no pain during the surgery, and with my long hair covering the area, it was almost impossible to tell that the donor and recipient areas had just undergone treatment. Starting the day after surgery, I wore the cap provided by the clinic and spent several days exploring the city with complete confidence. This experience allowed me to enhance my appearance while also enjoying famous local attractions, making the trip truly worthwhile. Long DHI is truly a blessing for female patients—the recovery is remarkably fast. After approximately six hours of surgery, aside from mild swelling-related discomfort during the first two days, I was able to move freely and felt comfortable going out in public. When I returned to work after the New Year, I’m confident no one suspected I had undergone surgery. I sincerely thank the medical team at Dr. Serken Aygin Hair Transplant Clinic for their outstanding surgical expertise, as well as the service team for their patience and attentiveness.   I have nothing, but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Serkan Aygin clinic. The clinic itself is very modern and beautiful, but it's the people working there with Dr. Serkan Aygin who created this experience for me and it's those people I am thankful to and greatful for meeting. It took me a long time to decide which clinic to choose and after long and hard consideration I finally committed to Dr. Serkan's clinic. The level of organization is exceptional, including messaging, reminders, transportation and accommodation. There were no mistakes, or delays. I had my first surgery in July of 2024. Although the surgery was a success, after returning to Canada I developed a localized infection in the scalp. The clinic adheres to the highest medical standards, provided me with post op care, cleaning,  medications and instructions as well as their post op email support. This I truly believe was no fault of theirs. I worked with their post op support, sending pictures and progress reports and receiving treatment instructions without delays. Despite the efforts on both sides, I lost the transplanted hairs in the area of the infection. This is when I found out the true extent of their commitment to their patient clients. The clinic offered to add, free of charge, grafts on this previously transplanted area, using no shave Long DHI method. whenever I was available to come to Turkey. I visited the clinic for the second time in October 2025. They didn't just keep their promise, they went far beyond. I couldn't be happier with the choice of clinic I made. I love my new hairline. I am grateful for meeting all the amazing people that make up Dr. Serkan's team. I would happily and without hesitation recommend it to anyone looking to get a hair transplant. Sincerely, Victor

  I have researched for months for a reliable and professional hair transplant establishment with Dr Serkan's clinic choosing me as a potential candidate which I was delighted by. The office representatives were caring, proactive with their responses, and incredibly detailed from day one. From answering my multiple queries before the trip was booked to guiding me via Whatsapp through every step of the way once I arrived. Berk, my consultant was extremely helpful and made the entire process feel easy and safe. He also recommended specific treatment plans based on his experience and even reached out to get doctor advice from my pictures. On the days leading up to the procedure, he took such great care and settling my nerves on what to expect not just medically, but personally. For examples, places to visit, eat and enjoy the local surrounds. I truly felt supported and taken care of. Thank you sooo much Berk !!!! 😊 My experience at the clinic was outstanding. Huge congratulations to the onsite staff and medical staff they put endless hours on getting each patient dealt with care and patience. Pick up and drop offs to pre and post operative care are very well explained and organised. I must recommend with a five star experience. 👏🏾
