  I visited this skincare clinic back in November while I was on vacation, and the experience was excellent. Scheduling an appointment through WhatsApp was very easy and convenient. The office is located in the back of the building, and everyone there was incredibly friendly. The person who handled my intake and administered the Botox was very thorough and helpful, explaining exactly what the procedure involved and the reasons behind each step. I was happy with my results and will definitely return the next time I’m back in Colombia.

  “Amazing experience with Dr. Pastrana!” I’m visiting Medellín for a few weeks, and a friend recommended Dr. Daniela Pastrana for some aesthetic treatments. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I went in for a facial treatment and Botox, and Dr. Pastrana was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. She explained everything clearly in English, made me feel comfortable right away, and her clinic in El Poblado is spotless and super modern. The results look natural, fresh, and very well done—exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve had treatments in the U.S., and I can honestly say the level of care here was just as good, if not better. If you’re traveling in Medellín and thinking about doing something for your skin, I highly recommend Dra. Pastrana. She truly knows what she’s doing and makes you feel completely at ease.

  I came to Medellín for medical tourism and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pastrana for a consultation today. First, Dr. Pastrana is a licensed medical doctor with a bachelor’s degree in medicine. Unlike many aestheticians in other clinics who hold only an associate’s degree, she possesses far more advanced credentials. In terms of qualifications, she truly stands out. Second, she speaks English fluently, which makes communication effortless. In most other clinics, you would need to speak Spanish or rely on Google Translate, which can lead to partial or unclear understanding. With Dr. Pastrana, you can communicate directly and clearly in English, ensuring a full understanding of every detail. Third, she is extremely knowledgeable. The information she provides about treatments and products is scientifically accurate and evidence-based, not arbitrary. She explains everything with clarity and professionalism, which inspires great confidence. Fourth, although her prices are not the lowest in Medellín, they are certainly not the highest either. You can easily check the average prices for Filler vials or Sculptra vials online and compare them to her rates — you’ll see that her prices are consistently around the Medellín average. Unlike some other clinics, she does not overcharge and maintains fair, transparent pricing Fifth, she openly lists her prices on her website, which shows that she charges the same rates for both local Colombian clients and medical tourists. Unlike many other clinics, her pricing is completely transparent and consistent, regardless of where you’re from. In other words, she won’t raise the prices just because you’re a tourist — her honesty and transparency set her apart. Sixth, she is completely honest about the number of filler vials or Botox units you actually need — she never exaggerates. If you need three vials, she’ll tell you three. Many other clinics tend to overstate the amount, telling you that you need six just to overcharge you, especially if you’re a tourist. With Dr. Pastrana, you can trust her medical ethics and integrity — she provides honest recommendations based solely on what you truly need. Seventh, she is one of the kindest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Being treated by her feels like being cared for by a family member — you immediately feel comfortable and at ease, with no stress at all. Eight: This is my honest personal opinion of Dr. Pastrana. I was not paid or asked by anyone to write this review — I’m sharing it voluntarily because I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and practice.

  Dr. Pastrana is an excellent dr. She performed a HIFU treatment on me, and I already have started to see some results. I also found her incredibly professional and very kind. She helped me with all my concerns and questions, even the ones not pertaining to the treatment. I highly recommend her, and I will go back to her once I am in Colombia again.
