Hello! I am a citizen of Kazakhstan and currently 35 weeks pregnant. By God’s will, I chose this place. The place is very clean and the staff are kind and caring. However, I didn’t really like the service at the Doma cafeteria 😀🥰 By the way, I would like to express my endless gratitude to a staff member named Pricilla here. From the very first day, she helped me a lot, introduced me to the doctors, and was one of the main reasons I chose this place. Sometimes the sincere service of just one person can truly influence an important decision. God willing, I hope to give birth safely. When that time comes, I will also share my experience.

We lived in Malaysia for 3 years a while ago so we are familiar with the quality of the health system here. We decided to have a medical check up on this visit to Malaysia and we are not disappointed at all. We are particularly impressed with the system, fast and efficient also the high level of care. All the staff are kind and very helpful, there is one lady staff who did my ECG she just looked after every one, and made sure everyone is comfortable and happy, I think she said her name is Saroja. This is an impressive hospital indeed where everyone is doing there best for their patients. I shall definitely visit it again .

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your hospital. Initially, I had a very good impression of your hospital. However, my experience during the admission and emergency process was extremely disappointing. From the moment we registered and took a queue number, the experience went downhill. The counter staff asked us to wait for the doctor, even though there were not many patients at that time. We arrived around 12:00 PM, but only managed to see the emergency doctor after 1:00 PM, which took more than one hour. During this waiting period, we had to approach the counter twice to ask for updates, and only then did the process move slightly faster. After seeing the emergency doctor, the experience in the observation room was even more disappointing. We waited nearly two hours just to proceed with an X-ray. At one point, we were informed that we needed to wait for “two more patients” before the X-ray could be done. Frankly, it was very difficult to understand how waiting for two patients could result in a two-hour delay. There were other issues as well, but I will not list them all here. Overall, my perception of your hospital’s service has dropped from a 5-star expectation to a 1-star experience. The service felt very similar to a public hospital—slow, uncoordinated, and requiring patients or family members to constantly follow up and explain the situation to staff. This was very disappointing, especially given the expectations of a private healthcare facility. I sincerely hope the hospital management will review and improve the efficiency, communication, and service quality for patients.

The hospital facilities are excellent and worth the cost. Dr. Ravi Chandran is the best Gynaecologist I have ever met! His incredible experience made the delivery very easy. However, I must advise prospective parents to avoid Dr. Wong Hoi Ling (Mimi), who I found to be unprofessional and utter waste doctor

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Dato’ Dr Abdul Aziz and Gleneagles Medical Team My wife recently underwent a minor gynaecological surgery at Gleneagles Hospital under the care of Dato’ Dr Abdul Aziz, and we are deeply thankful for the outstanding medical service provided. From the moment we stepped into the hospital, every part of the experience was handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. Dato’ Dr Aziz is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and reassuring. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, ensured we understood the risks, and comforted us with his confidence and experience. The nursing staff and the support team were equally remarkable. Their attention to detail, gentle approach, and cheerful attitudes created a healing environment that made a huge difference to the recovery process. The post-surgery care was efficient, attentive, and full of warmth. We are grateful that my wife’s surgery was successful, and her recovery smooth. We highly recommend Dato’ Dr Aziz and the entire medical team at Gleneagles Hospital. This is an excellent place for those seeking high-quality medical care with a human touch. Thank you once again, Dato’ Dr Aziz and team. You truly made a difficult time easier for our family.
