  I stayed at Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre for 34 days while undergoing treatment under Dr. Sunil Chopade Sir, along with Dr. Reetu Ma’am , Dr. Gaurav Sir and Dr. Bhat Sir who specialize in Bone Marrow Transplant. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, supportive, and guided me through every stage of my treatment. The nursing and support staff are truly amazing and very dedicated to patient care. They regularly monitor vitals and ensure medications are given on time. The staff is quick, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed. Their attention and compassion made a difficult treatment journey much easier. The hygiene standards in the hospital are excellent. My room was cleaned and sanitized twice a day, which helps reduce infection risks. The rooms are well-equipped and maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment. Overall, I am very grateful to the entire team at Jaslok for their exceptional care and support.

  I had a very comfortable stay at the hospital. We were accommodated on the 9th floor and the rooms and facilities were very well maintained. The overall environment was calm and supportive during the stay. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The nursing sisters took very good care of me and were attentive whenever I needed assistance. The food and general services were also good and well organized. Overall, the hospital stay was comfortable and the staff made the experience much easier.

  I am very happy with Jaslok Hospital. The hospital management is excellent and the staff is very caring and sweet. The medical facility is state of the art. One of the staff members who I particularly liked is Hansa Ben. She is not only vivacious but also keeps a patient motivated to continuously improve. Saliyah Khan the PR manager on the 16th floor was very helpful with the exit formalities and ensured we had a smooth stay. Even my family was very comfortable all the days we stayed at Jaslok Hospital. The doctors and staff ensured that my recovery post surgery goes smoothly.

  This might honestly sound like a paid review, but for me the entire experience at Jaslok Hospital was too good to be true. I had never been to a hospital before, nor had I ever applied for an insurance claim—both of which I had only heard were extremely tedious and stressful. My father was admitted for bypass surgery on 6th January, and from the moment we entered, everything moved with surprising efficiency. He was taken into his room immediately after admission. Dr. Rahul Chhabria and Dr. Upendra Bhalerao were assigned for the angiography and bypass surgery, and they are truly gems of human beings. They patiently answered every single question we had,no matter how silly it may have been. At no point did we feel misled or kept in the dark. Dr. Rahul even shared his personal number and was available 24/7 for absolutely anything and everything. Insurance Claim Experience: Our HDFC cashless claim kept getting investigated and was even rejected twice. Despite this, Dr. Madhura and her team remained positive, proactive, and constantly available to help get things rectified. Every query raised by HDFC was promptly handled via email by her team in close coordination with Dr. Rahul. In fact, considering the seriousness of my father’s condition, the surgery was initiated even before the claim was approved. Dr. Rahul personally spoke to me and assured me, “Irrespective of the HDFC rejection, we will see what’s best that can be done. You just take care of your father.” That reassurance meant everything to us during such a difficult time. On the 4th day, Dr. Madhura and her team, including Mr. Bosco, pushed the case further with HDFC, and we finally had a breakthrough with the approval coming through. The discharge process was also handled extremely smoothly. Dr. Rahul, along with Dr. Madhura, was kind enough to prepare the complete discharge summary a day in advance and share it with the HDFC cashless team to ensure a swift process. The claim was approved a day prior, and we were able to leave the hospital smoothly the next morning at 10:30 AM. Beyond the doctors, the ICU nursing staff, security staff, and even the mess staff deserve special mention. Jaslok Hospital truly feels like a family—they don’t just treat patients, they genuinely take care of people. I have always wondered when people say that someone “fought” through cancer or a heart ailment. After this experience, I truly understand that no one ever fights alone, it is always with the help of countless unsung heroes who stand by the patient and the family at every step. Forever grateful to the entire Jaslok team. 🙏
