  I cannot thank Dr. Salma Yassine and her amazing team enough for the outstanding care I received during my strabismus surgery. I was naturally anxious before the procedure, but Dr. Salma took the time to explain everything in detail and reassured me every step of the way. Her calm and confident approach gave me so much peace of mind. What truly meant so much to me was how she and her team handled my insurance approval. My case was rejected multiple times, but they never gave up. They continued to assist, follow up, and support me throughout the entire process until it was finally approved. It is something I will always be grateful for. The surgery went smoothly, and the results have truly made a positive difference in my life. I would also like to thank everyone, from the anaesthesiology team and orthoptist team to the nurses and administrative staff, for all the care and support throughout my journey.   I had my eye surgery at Moorfields and I’m very thankful for the experience. I was quite hesitant at the beginning, but Hala Asfour was truly exceptional. She was patient, caring, and very supportive. Her reassurance and professionalism made a big difference and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Osama Jleidi for his experience and calm approach. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and at ease before and during the surgery. Many thanks as well to the nurses Marife and Rami for their kindness and support. Overall, a very positive experience with a wonderful team.

  I’ve just come away from an appointment at Moorfields Eye Hospital (my 4th visit now) and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the place. From the second I showed up, the whole vibe was spot on. I was looked after by Dr. Fahd, and my daughter by Dr. Imran, and Dr. Bogues. I have to say, they were absolute legends. They’re clearly at the top of their game, but they’re also incredibly easy to talk to. They didn't just rush through the technical bits; they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and understood exactly what was going on. Proper professionals, the lot of them. It’s not just the docs, though the support staff really round things off: Jira at OPD: Super welcoming and sorted me out with zero fuss as soon as I pay my bills. Nurse April: She was so lovely and kept a close eye on me throughout. You can tell she really cares about her patients; she totally put me at ease. There was one Arabic-American lady at the reception who is absolutely stunning and accommodating as well. She takes care of every visiting patient very well. She is extremely welcoming and amiable.
