Came in for a day surgery. Feeling very well taken care of. Nurses, porter, radiographer, doctors, food and beverage etc were all very nice and caring. They assured me when they noticed i was very nervous and they came to check on me very regularly. I would choose to come back here (if i have to).

My wife had a good experience delivering our 1st newborn. All the nurses are quite experienced and extremely helpful. The highlight of the stay was the lactation consultants Thirl and Hazreen, who were such a great help. All the instructions and tips they gave were extremely useful and they answered all our questions with patience and with a smile. Extremely easy to connect and communicate.

Terrible hospital admin service leaves patients vulnerable. Payments front desk was lacking clear knowledge about payment methods. Their advice was very frustratingly unclear, especially when patients are undergoing medical procedures and under anaesthesia. 1. A random charge of $2000 was placed on my credit card without any clear explanation. 2. I asked to pay by insurance and provided my details. Mount E payments desk confirmed they would claim direct from the insurer and to return my credit card charge within a few days. 4 weeks later, this has still not been reversed. 3. 4 weeks later, the payments desk changes direction and now requires a letter of guarantee before a direct claim can be made. No evidence this is required by insurers was provided. 4. My family member who was only an emergency contact, is harassed by notifications to pay my medical bill even though his phone number was only listed as an emergency contact - he is not a guarantor. This is a breach of personal data privacy. 5. Hospital requests payment without providing any fully itemised invoice in sufficient detail for insurers and also fails to specify their requested method of payment.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Mount Elizabeth team that had took care of me; from my delivery till post-delivery stay at Ward 4B. The doctors and nurses demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and patience, always taking the time to explain and provide reassurance. The butler service staff were consistently polite, attentive, and prompt in assisting with food orders and delivery, ensuring comfort at all times. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment with great care and courtesy. Overall, the team’s dedication, prompt assistance, and high standard of service made a meaningful difference and reflect the hospital’s commitment to excellence. I would like to extend my sincere commendation to Ms Thirin, Lactation Consultant, for her exceptional patience and dedication. She took the time to carefully teach my husband and me the essential toddler care skills and knowledge, ensuring we felt confident and well-prepared. Her clear guidance, calm approach, and willingness to answer our questions made the learning experience reassuring and valuable. We are truly grateful for her support and professionalism.

Mt Elizabeth is Great Again After the effort to renovate the hospital, this place seems to have given itself a new lease of life. It now has a beautiful lobby, business centre, and everything basically looks new again. The short stay I had here gave me a very good impression. Service from the nurses in the wards, to all other staff involved in my admission were polite, friendly and helpful. The magic is always in the people. The room was nicely renovated and had almost all the amenities one can think of. The food served was top notch and sufficient. The checkout service was fast and efficient. I didn’t even have to go to the business office to settle the bill there in person. And they make transport arrangements to send you to your home or hotel. Overall a very pleasant experience. Overall, I had
