very recently we visited to narayana health City for consultation we never expected this kind of experience with such a big famous hospital.before going to that hospital even we checked review online but we neglected the negative review and considered only positive review but after going there we saw the reality.very Poor communication and lack of patient care. specially the nursing staff by the name shivabhagya Vasudevan was very rude and pathetic behaviour. No curtesy how to behave with patients when already the are in difficult time. My experience was very bad due to the lack of proper follow-up. After angiograpy , getting updates from the doctors was nearly impossible. The nursing staff was unresponsive and seemed disinterested in patient comfort. For a hospital of this scale, the interdisciplinary coordination and general care for patients with complications are significantly lacking. And The doctor Name prveen sambargi math impossible person. For them it is just busines. Atlast we did not get the proper response for the treatment also for which we have been admitted.

The nursing care is extremely poor. The staff do not show proper concern for patients. Even in the ICU, the quality of care was very unsatisfactory. It raises serious doubts about whether the nurses are adequately trained, as they lack both professionalism and compassion. Despite repeated requests, sufficient food was not provided to my mother. She also reported that the staff frequently scolded her regarding the urine catheter, which caused her significant mental and emotional distress. Proper care and attention are just as important as medication in a patient’s recovery. Unfortunately, instead of helping improve her condition, the treatment environment made it worse. We are spending lakhs of rupees on treatment, yet the level of care provided is close to zero. Due to the behaviour of the nursing staff, my mother has become mentally disturbed. This experience has been deeply disappointing.

Awareness Post | Please Think Twice Before Visiting Today morning, my daughter was admitted to Narayana Majumdar Shah Hospital, Bangalore through the emergency ward after a seizure attack. Despite it being an emergency: • We were made to wait for nearly 4 hours • She was allotted a 3-sharing room with adult patients suffering from different illnesses • No child ward or child-appropriate care was provided • No proper attendance, and medicines were not provided on time • Bedbugs were seen roaming on and around the patient beds, which is extremely concerning Due to these pathetic and unsafe conditions, we requested an immediate discharge. The discharge was done around 5 PM, and shockingly, we were billed ₹21,700 for less than 7 hours of stay. This post is shared purely for public awareness, especially for parents and caregivers. In emergency situations, one expects basic care, hygiene, responsiveness, and humanity—sadly, none of these were experienced today. Please think twice before choosing this hospital, particularly for children.

I am extremely grateful that I chose Narayana Health City during one of the most critical phases of my life—my third trimester of pregnancy. In the first trimester, the doctor I initially consulted at another hospital warned me about the possibility of fetal growth restriction. Later, during the mid of my third trimester, we were informed that my AFI was very low and the fetal growth was not as expected. Unfortunately, we did not receive proper guidance or reassurance from that hospital. I am truly thankful to my brother, Mr. Nitesh Naik, who works in the IT department at Narayana Health, for recommending this hospital. By God’s grace, Narayana Health gave us renewed hope—not only for our baby’s well-being but also for my health. The hospital facilities are world-class, equipped with advanced ultrasound technology, well-trained doctors, and highly supportive nursing staff. I would like to especially appreciate Dr. Kiranmayi Madam (Gynecologist) and her entire team. They are exceptionally skilled, professional, and empathetic. Despite my high-risk pregnancy with IUGR Stage 1, they remained confident and encouraged a normal delivery instead of immediately suggesting a cesarean. They truly stood by their promise, and I successfully delivered a healthy baby girl in the 37th week of my pregnancy. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Anilkumar Sapare (Pediatrician)—one of the most kind-hearted and compassionate doctors I have ever met. Although my baby had a low birth weight and was diagnosed with jaundice, he explained everything positively and calmly. He advised exclusive breastfeeding and proper warmth, which worked wonderfully. During every check-up, he treated us like family, making both me , my husband and my family members feel extremely comfortable and reassured. I must also acknowledge the exceptional support from the nursing staff. They were attentive, well-trained, and ensured continuous care and follow-up at every stage. Their dedication and compassion played a vital role during my recovery. Overall, Narayana Health City stands out for its strong focus on patient safety, hygiene, transparency, and compassionate care. From consultation to delivery, every step reflected excellence and professionalism. I am deeply thankful to each and every person who supported me during this challenging journey. Highly recommended to everyone.
