  I visited the Emergency Department today as my right knee suddenly became swollen and very stiff. The overall experience was positive. From the registration counter through to receiving my injection, the staff were caring, attentive, and professional. Kudos to Dr. Tharchana for her professionalism, patience, and the clear recommendations she provided during my consultation. There are, however, two areas that could be improved. The staff at the Payment counter and Pharmacy Counter 3 could be more proactive and friendly when attending to patients. On a positive note, the hospital’s cleanliness is excellent, and the entrance staff member was extremely helpful and quick to provide me with a wheelchair when needed. Overall, I appreciate the care I received.

  I came many times, i feel they improve each time i came. Health screen (essential program) finish at 12:16 so fast! But waited for doctor review till 16:10 🥹. I hope we can choose to have online review later next year. All staffs service are impressive, that made my day! And the food!!!! The food is so good! And they have so many new cafe! the wifi is so quality! Keep up the good work. ❤️

  Repeated long waits just to collect simple eye drops - no tablets or special medication. Despite this being a straightforward prescription, my waiting time stretched from 12:48PM (ticket issued) to 1:51PM (number called) - over 63 minutes just for eye drops. The pharmacy waiting area was almost full, as seen in the photos, yet ONLY ONE counter was active!!! This isn't an isolated case either - during my last visit in August, I waited over 45 minutes for the same eye drops. For a hospital that positions itself as a premium medical centre, this level of delay & unpleasant experiences for such a simple prescription is totally unacceptable!! After checking Google Reviews, it's clear that many others have raised the same complaint about slow pharmacy service, yet nothing seems to have improved!

  I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire medical team, especially my doctor, Dr. Harjit Kaur, and all the nurses from Breast Clinic and Ward 5G who have supported me throughout this journey. From the very first consultation up to my recovery, your dedication, compassion, and professionalism have given me strength and comfort. I am truly grateful for your empathy and the gentle care you provided, always respecting my low pain tolerance without ever making me feel belittled. The doctors and staff nurses have been wonderfully soft-spoken and kind. The hospitality and facilities were also excellent—it truly felt as though I was checking into a hotel rather than a hospital for treatment. Vending machine also have alot of option. I love the cleanliness here includes the toilet. Thank you sincerely for making this experience so much easier and more comforting.

  This medical center truly sets the standard for excellent healthcare. From the moment you arrive, the staff are warm, attentive, and professional, you really feel well taken care of. The nurses in particular are highly skilled and compassionate, making the whole experience less stressful and more reassuring. The facilities are spotless, with hygiene and cleanliness clearly being a top priority. What makes it stand out even more is the comfort it provides beyond medical care. There are several coffee shops and even a food court with a fine dining concept, all at very reasonable prices, which makes waiting or accompanying loved ones so much more pleasant. It really feels like a 5-star medical center, not just for its medical expertise, but also for the overall environment and service.
