Emergency went to the hospital at night because of unable to sleep and difficult to breath. The doctor didn't test the patient well and just say it may be the casue of nose. He gave the saline water to clear the nose and medicine that relieve cold. I suspect it is not the casue of my problem then went to the other hospital to check. After that the other hospital test very well and gave the medicine about nerves. For patients that want to go to this hospital, I want you to consider twice. For me never go to this hospital again.

I receive medical services at this hospital through my work social insurance. It is a very good hospital with a modern design. Everything is very clean, the service is excellent, and most importantly, the doctors are highly professional.

Ok, let me start by stating the nurses and the SOME of the doctors I've dealt with there have been very good. The other issues are irrelevant now but just remember to get second opinions if ever in doubt. This past week I had surgery for gallbladder removal - aces - very good. So you can get excellent care there. My main issue is their billing department - just horrible. Wait times have exceeded THREE hours as of last week. I am sitting unconfortable in my room waiting for nearly three hours. Unacceptable. After spending 450,000 baht for gallbladder surgery package (well done surgery by the way - zero complaints), I came in for a simple bandage change and they wanted me to start the claim all over and pay for it. I said this was a package and that should include a simple bandage change. NO was the answer. OK fine - I told them never mind if I had to pay I would do it myself. After a bit of discussion they agreed to do it for free. I went in to the room, the took my dressing off and then the billing personnel came in and said I would be responsible for the co-payment. I said I made it clear that if I had to pay I did not want the service. I made that very clear. After he made it clear to me that I was going to pay, I got up told them I was going home and that was it. I left. Sikharin has potential to be a world class hospital but they are definitely not even close yet with respect to their billing department.

I came here for some X-rays and had an excellent experience. The service was quick, efficient, and professional. Someone helped translate everything into English and guided me through each step, which made the whole process super easy. In under an hour, I was checked in, saw the doctor, got my X-rays done, met the doctor again, paid, received my meds, and was out the door. Amazing service all around.
