  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life-Changing Experience with Smile Team Over the past six months we have travelled three times, and every single visit has been filled with kindness, reassurance, and truly exceptional care. From the very beginning, we felt supported and looked after, and that meant so much to us. The coordinators were incredible — always patient, organised, and ready to answer any questions. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and reassuring. We are deeply grateful to the dentist, whose professionalism and skill came unmatched. My Mam had All-on-6 implants, and she is completely overjoyed with her new smile. Seeing her confidence return has meant the world to me. I had 24 crowns done, and I can honestly say I absolutely love my new teeth — I smile with confidence now and couldn't be happier with the results. A special thank you as well to the wonderful staff at Pure Blanche, who made every stay warm, comfortable, and welcoming. Meeting everyone on their journeys made the week each time go so much faster. And thank you to the dentist taxi driver, who was always friendly, reliable, and made travelling to appointments so easy and relaxed. Every single person we met treated us with genuine care and kindness, and we will always be thankful for that. What could have been just a periodic maintenance appointment for dental implants became an experience defined by care, precision, and above all, a renewed energy that could be felt from the very first moment. The new slogan - “It’s time to smile again” - does not sound like a simple marketing strategy. It resonates as a manifesto. There is something symbolic in that change, as if the clinic had undergone a collective rebirth, a true moment of unity and shared purpose. Everything felt more fluid, more harmonious, more aligned. If the service had already stood out before, it now reveals organizational maturity: multidisciplinary teams working in synchrony, each professional fully aware of their role in a system that functions with almost choreographed precision. Under the confident and inspiring coordination of Tugce, the clinic manager, one senses leadership with vision. A leadership that does not impose itself, but instead reflects in the team’s confidence and in the serenity conveyed to each patient. Dr. Esin and Merinaz embody a rare combination of technical expertise and human warmth - steady hands, assured movements, and words that reassure. The assistants, Ahsen and Eda, ever attentive, demonstrate that attention to detail is, in itself, a form of care. And there are also those whose names I did not record, yet whose dedication remains imprinted in memory. For excellence is built not only on what is visible, but also on the discreet gesture, the welcoming smile. A special commendation goes to the transfer staff: punctual, courteous, and highly professional - extending the clinic’s experience far beyond its walls. In an international medical service, logistics are not secondary; they are an essential part of trust. Recommending Smile Team Turkey is not merely a rational act; it is heartfelt testimony. Because there, they do not simply treat smiles - they restore confidence, rebuild self-esteem, and reaffirm the importance of caring well, with science and with soul.   After four years of on-and-off dental pain, multiple tooth losses, and only ever getting short periods of relief, I finally decided to bite the bullet and travel to Turkey for treatment. I honestly wish I’d done it sooner. I did extensive research before choosing a clinic and ultimately went with one a friend had already used. The reviews were excellent — and now I completely understand why. From start to finish, the Smile Team in Antalya were outstanding. On my first trip in September, everything was organised seamlessly, including hotel and clinic transfers. The hotel was a small 2* hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and actually really nice to meet others going through the same experience. On day one I had three teeth removed and four implants placed. The entire procedure was quick and completely pain-free. I expected discomfort once the numbing wore off, but there was none at all. My gums healed beautifully over the following four months. A special mention has to go to Dr. Gulsah Icen — she is an absolute perfectionist. She is incredibly gentle, kind, and patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout every part of my treatment. I always felt listened to and never rushed. Dr Said, Dr. Merinaz who completed my root canal both this visit and last time, all the amazing dental nurses, the smiley reception staff and the wonderful staff behind what’s app who reply no matter the time, our lovely smiley driver transferring me to and from the clinic. Everyone just brilliant throughout the whole clinic. The patient coordinators, Wahab and Max, were also amazing. They made sure I fully understood every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and genuinely looked after me throughout both trips. They are so friendly and supportive, which really helps when you’re feeling nervous. I’ve now returned for my second visit and had my final teeth fitted. I am absolutely over the moon with the results — they are exactly what I hoped for and more. I was unsure about going so light in shade, but the clinic advised me professionally and I’m so glad I trusted them. You do get used to the lighter colour, and the end result looks amazing. The second visit included teeth preparation, temporary teeth (which were very comfortable and allowed me to eat normally), and two root canals — again, completely pain-free. This experience has been life-changing for me. I’m finally pain-free and confident again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

  I had an amazing experience with Smile Team Turkey in Antalya and couldn’t be happier with my final results. My treatment was completed over three trips, and from start to finish the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Every member of staff was professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for at every stage, and I truly can’t praise them enough. All transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic were included, which made everything completely stress-free. The pricing was clear, accurate, and exactly as quoted, with no hidden costs at any point.   I started my smile journey in June 2025, I flew from Dublin and was greeted by a SmileTeam driver directly at the airport and taken to my hotel. The hotel is simple but clean and has absolutely everything you need for a stay. I had all of my top teeth removed and they accommodated me so well there. SmileTeam have been amazing from the very first contact to the finished product. They have been super informative, friendly, and professional. The entire team from the drivers, to reception, to my lovely coordinator Wahab, and finally my dentist. I tell everyone “I have the best dentist in the world” I just finished my second trip, I’ve left with the smile I’ve always dreamed of. The smile no one else could give me. My partner came with me both trips, SmileTeam were super friendly and welcoming to her as well. We both fell in love with Antalya, it now has a very special place in our hearts and you best believe we will be back for a holiday! Most importantly, SmileTeam are there for you when you need them. Any questions, concerns, queries are answered immediately when sending a simple WhatsApp message. I’ve never had such a great dental experience and the service has been impeccable. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
