I did have treatment there, but I can only advise everyone against it. The price was only slightly lower than at other clinics, but it only included standard Paltop implants instead of premium implants from Straumann or Nobel. Discounts for cash payments are also available at other clinics in Budapest or Mosonmagyaróvár. I can recommend 5Dent there. Emails went unanswered, and it was difficult to reach anyone by phone. Once, I tried to complain to the manager by phone. I was yelled at so loudly that I almost cried. Agreed-upon treatments weren't performed at first and were communicated late, extending my stay by several days. Currently, there are also ongoing discussions about what I believe are excessive charges.
One of the worst experiences ever Don’t recommend anyone
One of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I only wanted a professional teeth cleaning (tartar removal), nothing more. They still made me do and pay for everything unnecessary. The total price was €260, consisting of: 1. A 5-minute teeth cleaning (€140) 2. An X-ray that I didn't need (€70) 3. A consultation; the dentist told me I should start using an electric toothbrush (€50) Absolute rip-off. Not only that, the appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I had to wait 40 minutes. Then they said they only accepted cash, which of course wasn't mentioned beforehand. The woman then accompanied me to an ATM and demanded even more money than the current exchange rate indicated. 100% honest opinion, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I had two implants installed. The work was done very professionally and with high quality. These people know their business very well. They speak German primarily, but Russian is also available. Of course, any work costs money, which some people might find disturbing, as in my case, the bureaucratic system at the German AOK insurance company. This creates certain difficulties, but that's just my problem. I'm satisfied with the work, and I'm very grateful to the entire team. My best recommendations and best wishes to these people.
