terrible beside manner. Did not treat an emergency condition as an emergency and had to wait as long if not longer as US hours to talk to a surgeon and 5 hours later with no update ended up being sent to another hospital. Also very uncomfortable and low tech. Do not recommend!
As a local, I don't really have a reason to go to this hospital other than the fact that it's a fairly large hospital in Gangnam. Of course, as a general hospital, there are probably some doctors with a strong sense of professionalism among the doctors in each field, but compared to other hospitals, my family and I didn't receive any meaningful treatment. They just gave us generic answers and prescribed medication.

About 4 months ago, I got Botox to help prevent jaw clenching and teeth grinding pb, but I now have severe and terrible side effects. The doctor (I honestly don’t even want to call her a DR.) told me that the side effects would improve over time, but it has gotten worse. Moreover, the Botox didn’t even help with my main shot reason (bruxism pb) In the end, I got a refund of about 600,000 KRW, but she kept denying any of her wrongdoing, which is very unprofessional attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL.
I have had such a great time with my issue. Dr. Joh is so attentive and the staff are so nice. I have a lot of joint issues and this has been my favorite place to be treated.
