  I had a very positive experience at this hospital in Istanbul. Everything was arranged smoothly from start to finish, and the hospital is clean, professional, and well organized. The staff are kind and patient, and having many translators available made communication very easy. Special thanks to Dr. Murat Koc for his excellent care in gynecology. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Ameen from the International Relations Office for being so helpful and supportive, and for arranging the free airport transportation to and from the hospital. I highly recommend this hospital.

  Yesterday night I came with my husband to the hospital for an MRI appointment, and as usual, the insurance process was stressful and complicated. We were asked to provide very old medical records for my husband from the e-Nabız system, in PDF format from a computer, which was really difficult to arrange while being at the hospital. What truly made a difference for us was the kindness and patience of the staff who helped us during this process. Ms. Nihal Kahveci was incredibly supportive and kept following up on our case, even speaking with her manager to find a solution. She stayed with us and didn’t leave us feeling alone in a very frustrating situation. Mr.Barış Özdemir also helped us with great patience, taking his time to assist us and help us to get the records. Both of them were very kind and kept smiling, even though they are dealing with many people at the same time. Their positive attitude, calm approach, and genuine willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a much easier and more bearable experience for us. We are truly grateful for their support and professionalism. This kind of human treatment is rare, and it really deserves to be appreciated.

  I recently did a full check up at this location and was very impressed with the whole experience. Especially with my translator Rana, who was with me the whole time. She was very helpful and did an outstanding job communicating all of my concerns with the doctors. She was even by my side the following day when I had a small procedure done. Her presence made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate all of her support. I’m also very thankful for Dr. Yesevi who helped assist my needs in a short period of time. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend this hospital to any foreigners looking to get a medical check up done in Türkiye.
