We had a wonderful experience at Rela Hospital during the birth of our daughter. From admission to post-delivery care, the entire journey was handled with great professionalism and kindness. A special thanks to Dr. Dhivya Sharona, whose care, guidance, and calm approach gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We are also very grateful to Reena, who manages the maternity-related coordination. She was extremely supportive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. After the delivery, the nursing staff across all three shifts took excellent care of both mother and baby. A heartfelt thanks to Jeevitha, Rehana, Srivarshini, Priyanka, and Vijayalakshmi. They were friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable, and they made sure we were comfortable and well-informed at every step. Overall, every staff member we interacted with at the hospital was kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. We are truly thankful for the care we received. I would definitely recommend Rela Hospital to anyone looking for a good and reliable place for delivery.
My father underwent a minimally invasive procedure last week under the care of the Interventional Radiology team and the nuclear medicine team. We found both teams very competent and well coordinated - from the doctors (Drs. Deepashri and Pravin from IR, and Dr. Santosh from nuc med), to the technicians (Ms. Indumathi - nuc med) and team managers (Mr. Balaji -IR and Ms. Kamali - nuc med). The Finance manager, Mr. Srinivasan, was also available whenever required and ensured the the entire process from admission to discharge was smooth. Long wait-times for OP consultations despite prior appointments can be a challenge to navigate but otherwise there were no complaints.
My experience at Dr. Mohammad Rela Hospital was very positive. The doctors are highly skilled, caring, and attentive, and they listen to patients carefully. The treatment and medical advice were explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The nurses and hospital staff were very cooperative, professional, and responsible(Specially Jebrani maam). The hospital environment was clean, well-organized, and hygienic.I received timely medical services, which is truly commendable. We had a very good experience at Rela Hospital, Chromepet, especially with the Pediatric Department. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Rajashree, Dr.Tharun, and the entire pediatric team for providing excellent care to my child Aliya Yeshvika (1.5 years). The doctors were very kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which gave us great confidence and relief during a stressful situation. Special appreciation to the night shift staff on 16/01/2026, especially Nurse Jeevitha and Nurse Sumaika. They were extremely caring, attentive, and supportive throughout the night. Their gentle handling of my child and prompt response to our needs truly meant a lot to us. I would also like to mention that the food provided was very nice, hygienic, and timely, which added to our overall comfort during the hospital stay. Overall, we are very satisfied with the treatment, care, food, and hospitality provided. I sincerely thank the doctors and staff for their dedication and compassion. Excellent service altogether at a reasonably moderate cost. Staffs and doctors are very cooperative. Whoever in need may choose this facility for good.
