It's been a month since I had a root canal and two fillings, and today I just came back from an appointment with my local American dentist and he said that BIDC did "very impressive work and overall a great job." BIDC charged about a third of what I was quoted back home and did all the work in just one day with very friendly and professional service. Definitely recommend.
I used to go to BIDC 20 years ago . They were wonderful kind people they did great work . Well 20 years later I got a obsessed tooth when I got into Korea on my way to Thailand. I shot an email to BIDC . They still had me on file . The same doctor took care of me from twenty years ago . I got my tooth pulled and got a permant bridge . After 20 years BIDC has not changed a bit . Great customer service and excellent work . I love that place .
Excellent service. The team at BIDC is extremely professional, fairly priced, and they speak great English, which makes the whole process very smooth. The quality of care here is honestly better than what I’ve experienced in the West. Highly recommended.
As a tourist I felt really good here! The communication was easy. Everyone was friendly and professional! I'm fine with the result. It's very far from the city centre. I paid 1750 for half an hour cleaning my teeth. Even though they communicated extra coasts, it was quiet spontaneously and you need to watch out to pay more.
I had an amazing experience at BIDC! I came for teeth whitening and composite bonding on my upper teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire staff was incredible — from the reception and secretaries to the assistants and my dentist, Dr. Kitinun Tissanavasoontra. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and very professional. They were also extremely responsive by email and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how much time Dr. Kitinun took to make sure I was comfortable and happy with every detail. He even prepared a mock-up first so I could approve the shape and color before doing the final work, which gave me so much confidence. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well organized. I’m so happy with my new smile — natural, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. Thank you to the whole BIDC team, and especially Dr. Kitinun, for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality dental care in Bangkok!
