I recently had bariatric surgery performed by Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun in Istanbul and had an amazing experience, beyond my expectation. Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun's team got in contact with me three weeks before my flight from US to Istanbul. They went through the whole procedure with me and arranged an online session with a nutritionist who gave me instructions and a pre-operation dietary meal plan. Upon my arrival, one of Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun's team members met with me at the hotel and accompanied me during the whole pre-operation tests, hospital admission, the surgery day, and my post-operation stay at the hospital. I was also given a translator at the hospital which was very helpful. Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun was very attentive and very patient with all of my questions. He personally visited me the day before the surgery at the hospital during the pre-operation tests and went over the step by step process of the surgery day. He came and visited me before the surgery and again two times after the surgery examining my bandages and medications. He also went thoroughly over prescriptions and instructions of how to take medications before I was released from the hospital. It's been over a month since I came back to US and during this time Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun himself and his team including his nutritionist have been in contact with me regularly, checking on my recovery process, my weight loss condition, providing dietary meal plans, and any necessary instructions including the bariatric multivitamins that I need to take. The most amazing part of my experience is that Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun is very responsive. He gave me his personal number and asked me to message him anytime I have a question, and he responses very quickly every time I message him. I highly recommend Prof. Dr. Halil Coskun for anyone who is considering to have bariatric surgery.
