Words often fall short when describing Manju mam’s dedication and genuine care for her patients. She patiently listens to every concern and makes you feel at ease within moments. We consulted her at both OAR and HRBR centers, and she always accommodated us according to our convenience. Her treatment protocol is highly organized, with no unnecessary medicines or injections. I had previously been consulting at Manipal Whitefield, and Mam seamlessly continued from those findings instead of starting from scratch. Infertility journey is never easy, yet she was always just a text away to comfort us—even replying to my anxious messages as early as 5 a.m. After two failed IUIs, we proceeded to IVF. By then, I had adopted a healthier lifestyle, something Mam had emphasized from the very beginning. At every visit, she would remind us to eat nutritious meals rich in protein and citrus fruits, for both of us. Hearing this consistently from a doctor made it easier to follow with discipline. With her guidance, we were able to create 3 precious AA-grade embryos. I was especially anxious about the FET procedure, fearing discomfort and insisted on anesthesia after a painful mock transfer experience. Mam encouraged me to attempt the procedure without it, keeping anesthesia on standby just in case. Thanks to her reassurance, the transfer turned out to be smooth and painless—truly a cakewalk, without a single drop of blood or scratch. The moment after transfer, when she looked at me with pride and wished me luck after both of my transfers, is something I will always carry with gratitude. My first FET ended in a chemical pregnancy, leaving us devastated and heartbroken, yet searching for answers and hope. Mam called us the very same day to talk it through. We overwhelmed her with questions and possibilities, but she patiently addressed every concern. Those faint lines on UPT even though brief kept our hopes alive for continuing and trusting the process, and after multiple blood tests and 3D scans, we were reassured that nothing was wrong—we had simply been unlucky. With renewed strength, we prepared for the second transfer. This time, Mam explained that protocol recommended transferring two embryos and mentioned I might even be destined for twins. Though cautious about the risks of multiple gestation, we trusted her advice. With God’s grace, we are blessed with baby girl and baby boy. While many doctors could achieve results with today’s technology, it was Mam’s personalized care, procedural clarity, efficient protocol and positivity that truly made our journey less stressful and more hopeful. We will forever be grateful to her.
