I reached out to them to get some procedures and was deeply offended that they refused what I wanted and recommended other, expensive surgeries that would have completely changed the way my face looked. They were unprofessional and challenging to communicate with.
Had a fantastic experience with The Plus Clinic! We were partnered with Dana, our English translator for all our visits to the clinic, and she was so great. Even though we had Dana, Dr. Kim was easy to converse with in English, and he was very knowledgeable and understanding. He even suggested a different procedure over the one I had signed up for because it would give me the results I was aiming for. Dr. Kim was with us every step for the way; we were thrilled about this because we did not want a factory clinic. Everyone was very courteous, kind, and respectful. They went out of their way to make our appointments fit our visit to Seoul. Would recommend highly!!
My experience at this clinic was world class. Not only because Seoul is better known to have one of the best aeathetic augmentation service and facilities. This clinic has provided me trust from the outset by all staff, both online and on site. The surgeon (Dr. Kim) is highly highly knowledgeable and more importantly very kind. He didn't recommend a procedure which I did not require at my age. I trusted this surgeon from the get go and surely he delivered the result.
