  I did a lot of research and comparing of hair transplant options before I picked Vera Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. I must admit that coming from US, I had my reservations and concerns. However, my hair transplant procedure, I am beyond happy and impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism and dedication of the entire staff in making the client feel comfortable from the start to the finish line. From the consulting team, to technicians and the doctors....everyone is phenomenal! They are very thorough with the proper sterilization procedures and cleanliness of the entire establishment is impressive. My consultant Shirin made sure she would address all of my questions and concerns during my five day experience. My daily ride to the clinic and back to the hotel for after care and washing of the implant areas was always on time, drivers were professional and courteous. Hotel they put me in was very comfortable. Overall, it was as very pleasant experience and I am so glad I picked Vera Clinic for this very important decision of my life.

  My experience was great. I was initially very not sure and scared of the whole process, but it was such a smooth journey that I’d recommend anyone thinking of hair transplant at this clinic. The facility is clean, hygienic, and modern. The staff is always there to help right after you land in Istanbul to the day you depart. They are well trained, and works professionally. Hotel stay was great, the pickup and drop off service was top notch. I am happy with my decision. I also ended up doing a quick sketch of the clinic and gifted the reception staff. Get your long lost hair back, and eat local baklava 😉

  My husband had his hair transplant procedure at Vera Clinic in late October this year, and our experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. I accompanied him throughout the trip, and we were both incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism, care, and comfort provided by the clinic and its team. From the moment we arrived, the pickup and drop-off services were seamless—punctual, well-coordinated, and available every day, including airport transfers. This made the entire process so easy and stress-free for us, especially in a new country. We stayed at the Marriott Pendik, which was an excellent choice. The hotel was extremely comfortable, modern, and provided a relaxing environment for my husband to rest post-procedure. It also felt very safe and convenient, especially with the clinic within easy reach. The clinic itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and feels truly luxurious. The waiting areas are comfortable, and there is even a cafeteria for family members or companions. Right across the clinic is a lovely park, which was perfect for taking short walks while waiting. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with—from the coordinators to the medical team—was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive. They checked on us constantly to make sure we were comfortable and informed. Their English was excellent, which made communication clear and reassuring. My husband felt genuinely cared for, and I felt confident knowing he was in such good hands. Overall, we had a 5-star experience and are extremely satisfied with the service and care provided by Vera Clinic. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant in Turkey. They truly made the entire journey smooth, comforting, and professional.
