The translator was amazing as well — she was very friendly, supportive, and made sure I understood everything throughout the whole procedure. That really helped me relax and trust the process. I’m very happy with the experience and excited to see the final results as my hair continues to grow. We came for first time on December, I haven’t seen until now any other Hospital better than Memorial Bahçelievler Hastanesi. Very organized, they can offer you the comfort that any other hospital will offer. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful, from receptionist, translators (I have to mention Ola and Elena), the nurses, the doctors and the professors all the staff is the best! I will recommend 🙌🏻 definitely.

Dr. Salimov is incredibly skilled and professional. He explained the entire procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident. The surgery went smoothly, and I was amazed that I didn’t feel any pain at all after the procedure. The nurses and staff were also outstanding — friendly, supportive, and attentive throughout the whole journey. The hospital itself is extremely clean, modern, and well-organised. I’m extremely happy with my results so far, and I will definitely be coming back for any future treatments. I once went to the pediatrics department for my son’s fever. Everything was clean and well-organized. The staff’s behavior was good and respectful. As for their medical knowledge, I can’t really give a specific opinion yet because I wasn’t very involved — it was just a fever, they did a COVID test and gave us some medicine. I didn’t receive any special service that would allow me to judge further. But what I found really unpleasant about this hospital is that even for just five minutes of parking, you have to pay 120 lira, whereas hospital parking is generally free. On top of that, the consultation fee I paid was 6,000 lira, and my son’s COVID test cost 3,000 lira.
