They laughed and snapped at me with a jerky, dismissive text. I don't know what else I could have been looking for in an appointment booking email, other than an appointment!? If someone wants to go to a doctor privately, at least they want to be treated properly! Thank you for your respect.
A very professional team, they are wonderful both professionally and personally, plus their prices are fair. I recommend them with a clear heart! I didn't think I would go to the dentist smiling, but thanks to them, that's how it is!

I wrote an email explaining that it was difficult for me to communicate by phone because I have a French number and I don't speak Hungarian perfectly. I didn't get a response. I wrote again and they replied rudely that they needed an "available" number. However, I didn't receive any information about my request. I explained again that it was easier for me to communicate by email. Then they didn't respond. Too bad. It seems that foreigners are not welcome.
