★★★★★They don't know the value of time... if you want to waste your valuable time, you can visit. Daily, they're wasting 2500 patient's days per day, that means (2500 x 1000rs basic salary= 25laks). We have to wait 2 hours for their 2-minute doctor consultation. They think only their staff's time is affordable, and patient's time not
useful.
Not that much worth to waste our 2hrs time for 2min aravind hospital doctor consulting. Lot of good doctors available in chennai who knows value of times.
They simply answering to me. If more patients we have to wait many hours. why we have to wait if they earning more. Any logic is there?

★★★★★Disappointing service.
Aravind Eye Hospital needs serious improvement in time management. Every time we come for a follow-up, we are made to go through the same preliminary checks repeatedly before meeting the doctor. While these tests may be necessary, the entire process is far from streamlined.
Eye pressure is checked in one room, then after nearly an hour of waiting, we are sent elsewhere just to get BP checked — a procedure that takes barely a minute but requires waiting for hours. By the time vision tests, pressure checks, BP, and consultations are completed, it easily consumes 5–6 hours. Half a day is lost for something that could be organized far more efficiently.
If BP, eye pressure, and vision tests were conducted in a single room before directing patients to the doctor, it would save enormous time and reduce unnecessary waiting. Despite having many staff members and doctors, the overall coordination reflects poor management.
No institution has the right to take people’s time for granted. You may position yourselves as holistic rather than corporate, but that philosophy should reflect in efficient systems and respect for patients’ time. This is my fifth visit for my mother’s conjunctivitis treatment, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating.
Unless there are meaningful improvements, I have decided not to return to this hospital again.

★★★★★Great experience for a regular eye check-up for mother. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff is polite. The entire process took less time than I expected. It’s clearly the best place for reliable eye care in the city!!!

★★★★★A feel good place. It was for my father-in-law’s eye treatment. We went to another hospital before coming in here.
The property is massive and gives positive vibes. You are asked to download an app (only for android) and fill in the details which could save time at the registration counter. Registration fee is ₹100.
There is a super good pure veg restaurant on the ground and first floor which served almost everything - from breakfast to meals to dinner at affordable rates without compromising in quality and taste.
Check up is done on the first floor. They give suggestions/recommendations post this. There is outdoor seating area.
Property has pharmacy, optical shop among others. There is massive space for 2/4 wheeler.
Rates when it comes to treatment are very affordable. Give it a try. You’ll be super satisfied.
