Would highly highly urge anyone considering going to this clinic to reconsider. After causing scarring on my body and FACE from technician error and a broken machine, I have been in an ongoing hellish attempt to get money back for sessions that are unused, as obviously I will not be going back to the place that harmed me. The administration just shifts blame around and at first tried to refund me less than what I paid, by making up lies about rules and regulations that weren’t accurate. They tried to get me to sign a dodgy document, and now are just ignoring my texts and calls, it’s been 2 weeks where they’ve just decided to ignore me instead of finding a resolution or solution. I have never come across such a lack of professionalism. I have been in this process for 3 months now and they’ve basically stolen from me as they refuse to give my money back or engage in any further communication. So truly, please for your own health and sanity go to another clinic. It’s not worth it.

My nurse Mini has been so kind and caring throughout and helped me to feel safe and not anxious about the procedure. I felt confident in the treatment and care I have received. Professional throughout my entire journey. I would highly recommend and I will be back for any further cosmetic procedures should I so decide in the future.
