Thank you so much for the friendly and professional medical care. The doctors and nurses are very empathetic and helpful, answer every question, and have time for the patient. I'm usually very nervous before procedures, but this one was different because I was well-prepared. The food was also very good; the hospital offers coffee, tea, and a water dispenser for patients. The attendants were also very helpful and friendly.
I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care I received at this hospital. From the doctors, the lovely nurses and attendants, from Monika, the coordinator, and the ladies at the front desk. Everyone showed me extraordinary kindness, empathy, and professionalism. Every step of my stay was handled with tremendous care, respect, and understanding. My thyroid removal surgery due to cancer, performed by the lovely Professor Beata Wojtczak, was very professional and without any complications. I felt safe and in the best hands! I sincerely thank all the staff for their smiles, patience, and compassionate approach. This is a place where you truly feel the heart for your patient!! ❤️
THE HOSPITAL DOES NOT ISSUE CERTIFICATES IN ENGLISH. I paid PLN 260 for a private visit to an orthopedist and doctor provide me with certification in polish, because I working in Switzerland, after few days from my visit i needed this same certification but in english. I had a chat with a lady from reception, which she consulted my request with the shift manager. I was informed that I need to transleted this myself. The lady from the reception suggested that maybe I could try again the doctor who issued the certificate, which I did, of course, without a positive result, because the doctor does not speak fluent English. Of course, I don't blame the doctor for his lack of knowledge of English, but for his lack of willingness. It is impossible that none from the doctors/colleagues in this hospital are fluent in English. And asking a doctor/colleague for help in writing a medical certificate in English for a patient is not very complicated in my point of view.
I met the beautiful Dr Aleksandra Luniewska at the Euromedicare and was very happy with everything from friendly admin staff to hospital cleanliness. Thank you.
